The desired system will at a minimum fully support the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I and Title III program requirements, including the PIRL reporting requirements, and may include functionality to support other common workforce programs such as (ETPL) Eligible Training Provider List, (WOTC)Work Opportunity Tax Credit (RESEA) Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment, (TAA) Trade Adjustment Assistance and Apprenticeship. DLI is still in a discovery phase. No vendor or software choice has been selected to date |
