Objectives

  • Evaluate opportunities to modernize out dated systems, collaborate with strategic partners , assemble quality data, securely store data, streamline customer communication, provide fast and reliable desktop support,
    Update: Develop a collaborative process for adopting enterprise solutions;
    Digitize forms – Citizen Portal
    Evaluate opportunities to modernize legacy systems;
    Evaluate opportunities to provide cross-training removing silos.
    Create training plans to improve on supporting UI operations
    Improve opportunities to align with industry standards.
    Create system documentation and inventories, operational support plans (ECM), document process
    Identify and inventory DLI citizen services that need to be digitized, including digitizing forms and other materials to decide on best approach for those materials
    Evaluate to refactor Data warehouse
    Integrate secure coding practices.
