    Update: We have nearly 100% compliance on the end user security awareness training.

Objectives

  • Identify sufficient information technology resources to meet agency technical priorities and empower the full use of technical resources.
    Update: OPD continues to enhance our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to improve business processes. For example, our conflict request process was a manual/paper process and it has now been converted to an automated task driven online form in CRM.
    OPD has also issued an RFP for a replacement state of the art case management system.

  • Develop and Implement OPD Disaster Recovery Plan
    Update: OPD now has a disaster recovery plan in place that includes our IT systems.

  • Develop monitoring and reporting mechanisms to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
    Update: OPD has developed and implemented several Tableau dashboards to assist management with monitoring their respective business processes.
