No additional progress on this objective has occurred, though progress continues with programs currently under this system. The vendor providing support for this system when the Project Objective was reported has ended their contract and is no longer providing support. A new service vendor was contracted to provide maintenance for the current system, however, three Agriculture programs were not able to be incorporated into the system prior to the previous vendor's exit. One of the three programs, Produce Safety, has selected a separate vendor to provide an application and database, and implementation is ongoing. Programs that were established in the system prior to the vendor's exit, continue using the system for licensing, registrations, inspections and enforcement activities. |
